Who we are

Bowers Conveyancing Services was first established by Simone Bowers in 1994.

Cheryl Brown and Lynne Saunders jointly purchased the business in March 2000.

Lynne and Cheryl are now in their 25th year of owning and operating Bowers Conveyancing Services, and after many years of being based on Queen Street in Warragul, have relocated to Suite 10/21 Smith Street.

Cheryl Brown:

Cheryl is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (VIC Div) and is a Certified Practising Conveyancer (Licence No. 000467L). Cheryl has over 50 years of industry experience.

Lynne Saunders:

Lynne is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (VIC Div) and has over 40 years of industry experience.
